Ingredients

Featured Ingredient

For the Stir-Fry:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced on a bias
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced

For the Protein-Packed Sauce:

  • ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste (for a hint of heat)
  • 3 scoops Pronativ unflavored protein powder
  • Water, as needed to reach your desired consistency

Optional Garnish:

  • Toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Add olive oil to a large skillet or wok and heat over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the vegetables the hot pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. While the vegetables are cooking, whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey, red pepper flakes, and Pronativ protein powder in a small bowl. If needed, slowly add water, a tablespoon at a time, until the mixture forms a smooth, glossy sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce over the cooked vegetables. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the vegetables. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully.
  5. Serve the stir-fry immediately, topped with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
