Our pursuit of better protein begins with you.

We couldn’t help but notice that most protein products seemed to contain a lot of nasty stuff, like fillers, artificial ingredients, colorants, dyes, and more.

We also knew that a lot of protein powders were made by using harsh heat and chemical-extraction processes, and even contained heavy metals.

And who wants to put that in their body?

In other words: not all proteins are created equal

Even the popular brands that said they offered clean* protein were disguising nasty ingredients or other non-native-whey proteins under their “proprietary blends” – something the supplement industry doesn’t regulate.

SO, WE ASKED OURSELVES:

WHY ISN’T THERE A TRULY CLEAN* PROTEIN POWDER OUT THERE FOR PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY PUT IN THEIR BODIES?

We knew there had to be a better way to create a clean*, simple, and effective protein powder.

One that could fuel any kind of performance need, from intense training to daily errand running.

One that didn’t cut corners, or compromise on quality, or make misleading claims.

One that had data and science to back it up.

So, we got
to work.

And, lucky for us, we weren’t starting from scratch.

UP2U began within our parent company, Lactalis American Group, which is renowned for its high-quality dairy products including beloved brands like siggi’s, Stonyfield Organic, Green Mountain Creamery, and more. And for over 20 years, our global organization has been pioneering the development of native whey protein.

Through our work, we figured out how to capture the essence of the protein by sourcing it directly from farm-fresh milk. Then we used our proprietary cold-filtration process to create a protein powder without the use of any damaging chemicals or heat. 

The result is a cleaner* protein that’s intact and more bioavailable than standard whey and plant-based protein powders.

Why is that so novel?

Because standard whey is actually produced as a byproduct of the cheese-making process, which requires chemicals and heat, and results in a less potent, less clean* protein.

And not only did we find a better way to create a better protein, but we also partnered with our team of scientists to validate that our native whey protein powder is clinically
