  • ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop UP2U protein powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. Chia seeds Dash of cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp. maple syrup
  • Half sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp. nut butter (ex. almond butter)

Directions

  1. Shake or stir all the ingredients together in a container.
  2. Place in refrigerator overnight.
  3. In the morning top with sliced banana and chopped walnuts.
