Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, cut into cubes 
  • 2 cups strawberries 
  • 2 scoops UP2U unflavored native whey protein powder 
  • Juice and zest of one lime 
  • 1–2 tbsp honey (to taste) 
  • 2-4 tbsp water (as needed for desired consistency)

Directions

  1. Add the watermelon, strawberries, UP2U unflavored native whey protein powder, and lime juice and zest to a blender, then blend until smooth. 
  2. Add honey to taste before blending again.
  3. Add water as needed if the mixture is too thick (1 tbsp at a time).
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
