  • 3 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 scoops UP2U unflavored protein powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • Chocolate chips or nuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a blender, mix bananas, Greek yogurt, melted butter, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
  2. Mix in brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and UP2U unflavored protein in a blender
  3. Add both flours and blend until well combined. Add any chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
  4. Pour into a greased loaf pan or muffin tin. Bake 55-65 minutes for loaf or 17-23 minutes for muffins. Cool and top with peanut butter if desired.
