Directions

  1. Toast bread of choice
  2. Mix eggs, UP2U protein powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes together.
  3. Heat pan on stovetop and cook eggs until desired doneness.
  4. Heat another pan on the stovetop and cook turkey sausage until fully cooked through.
  5. Add eggs, turkey sausage, cheese, and sriracha (optional) on top of toasted bread and enjoy!
