  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tsp. diced onion
  • A pinch of garlic powder
  • A dash of lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 scoop UPU2 unflavored protein powder
  • 1 piece of bread, toasted
  • Honey and salt for topping

Directions

  1. Combine avocado, cherry tomatoes, onion, garlic and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Mash with a fork until avocado is smooth.
  3. Stir in one scoop of UP2U unflavored protein powder.
  4. Top toasted bread or crackers with protein avocado mixture.
  5. Drizzle with honey and a sprinkle of salt.
